Phase 2 — Pilot Integration (125K from Dangote assessment, 4-6 weeks)

5 units installed at Dangote for validation. Your team handles installation. Our team handles AI integration. Performance data feeds into energyreports.base44.app. If the numbers don't work, we part as friends.

Phase 3 — Full Deployment (1.5M from Dangote implementation, 12-18 months)

60 additional units. Your team trains Dangote staff. Our AI monitors all 65 units. Quarterly performance reviews. You get paid per unit delivered and installed.

Phase 4 — Ongoing Partnership (Perpetual)

New industrial clients come through energyreports.base44.app. We bring the opportunity, you bring the hardware. Licensing + royalties per unit. No exclusivity — you can sell direct too. We just want first call on industrial scale projects.
